Board of Zoning Appeals

The Board of Zoning Appeals hears appeal requests for setback requirements on new construction or additions to existing structures when the setback will not adhere to the zoning district requirements. They also address sign variance requests that don’t meet the current ordinance requirements. All applications must be submitted by the 10th of the month prior to the meeting date in order to meet advertising requirements. There is a $100 application fee for this process.

 

The regular monthly meeting is held the first Monday of each month at 4:30 p.m. and the applicant must be present for the meeting.
